Please include your app version (Settings → Version) and, for a restroom error, the restroom's name and address as shown in the app.
Yes. Location is used only to sort restrooms by distance and to show where you are on the map. Without it, you can still move around the map and search restroom names and addresses. To turn location on later, allow it for this app in your phone's settings. Your location stays on your device either way.
Tap 👎 on the code so other visitors know. Businesses change their codes, and when enough people tap 👎, the app hides the code. If you find out the new code, share it — it replaces the old one. You can also ask staff: open the restroom in the app and tap “Show this to staff” to show a Korean phrase asking for the code.
Go to Saved → My reviews, then edit or delete the review. To delete everything you have posted from this phone, use Settings → Delete my data — see Delete your data for the steps and what is kept. Reviews are linked to a random ID stored on your phone, not to an account. If you have deleted the app or changed phones, you may not be able to change your old reviews in the app — email us the restroom's name, roughly when you posted, and what you posted, and we will review your request.
Email support@1pass.dev with the restroom's name and address, or send a removal request from within the app. Tell us whether you want the door code removed or the location hidden. We review every request.
Yes, it works offline. The restroom list and a map of Seoul are built into the app, so you can find a restroom with no SIM card or Wi-Fi. Map packs for other regions will be available in Settings → Offline packs (coming soon). Ratings, reviews, door codes, and photos need a connection to load or post.
On iPhone and iPad, ads are personalised only if you allowed tracking; change this in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, ads are always non-personalised. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Email us the restroom's name and address and what you found. Locations, opening hours, and facilities come from public data, and we ship corrections in app updates.
Korea Toilet: Restroom Finder is an independent app by Dcode and is not affiliated with the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, any local government, or the businesses listed in the app. For problems with a restroom itself — cleaning, repairs, or lost property — contact the building or the local government office that manages it.
